Denis Robert is a chartered accountant in public practice since 1980 and operates two offices at 2788 St-Joseph Blvd, Orleans, Ontario and 425 St-Joseph Blvd, Hull, Quebec in both official languages. Denis Robert is a member of The Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and The Ontario and Quebec Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is also a member of the QuBbec Institute of Financial Planning.

Denis Robert is a resident of Orleans since 1958 and is involved in the community. His accomplishments are:

* an active member of the Cumberland Chamber of Commerce of which he has been a Director since 1991 and has been President from 1994 to 1996;

* founding member of the "Business Club d'Orl8ans" and a member of the Board of Directors since 1986 and President in 1996;

* in 1994/1995, Director for "La coopérative d'Habitation Cite Est Inc." in Orleans, a not-for-profit organization which manages 84 rental units for people in need;

* in 1996 he was Chairperson of the committee responsible to recommend a name for the future city of the Cumberland Township;

* a member of the "Regroupement des gens d'affaires";
